About The Position

Arcarithm is seeking a Cyber Engineer to support cloud and container security operations onsite in Huntsville, Alabama. The role focuses on securing Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) environments, implementing continuous authorization (cATO), and integrating DevSecOps practices across hybrid cloud platforms. The Cyber Engineer will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and contribute to defensive operations and risk management frameworks. An active Secret clearance is required.

Requirements

Active Secret clearance.
Knowledge of cloud environments such as Amazon AWS and Azure.
Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, or tooling.
Containerization concepts and hands-on experience with at least one of Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, Podman, or Rancher.
Ability to work within classified or sensitive networks.

Nice To Haves

Understanding of software supply-chain security and vulnerability assessment.
DevSecOps experience integrating security into CI/CD workflows.
Experience with RMF (Risk Management Framework) and STIG implementation.
Assessment and Authorization (A&A) or Continuous ATO experience.
Knowledge of ACAS (Assured Compliance Assessment Solution).
Familiarity with Splunk for log analysis and security monitoring.
Experience in IaaS environments such as AWS, Azure, or equivalent.
Software vulnerability analysis using static or dynamic analysis tools.
Knowledge of SonarQube or Fortify for SAST/DAST.
GitLab CI/CD concepts and pipeline development experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Electrical Engineering.
