About The Position

Design and implement cybersecurity engineering solutions, secure configurations, and risk mitigation activities across complex network systems. Ensure systems meet organizational and regulatory cyber requirements. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members.

Requirements

8+ years of experience with cybersecurity engineering supporting enterprise IT or mission systems
5+ years of experience implementing RMF controls, STIGs, secure architectures, or cyber‑hardening efforts across multi‑vendor environments, supporting system ATO processes, and creating artifacts, control implementation details, and POA & Ms
Experience using eMASS or GRC platforms to document security controls, manage RMF artifacts, track POA & Ms, and support authorization activities
Experience developing or reviewing security architectures, system or network diagrams, data flows, security boun dari es, and cybersecurity requirements
Experience performing or supporting vulnerability management, including ACAS or Nessus scanning, vulnerability analysis, remediation, mitigation, and validation
Experience developing and maintaining secure configuration baselines
Experience translating cybersecurity requirements into technical implementation and hardening activities
Experience supporting DoW cybersecurity compliance and continuous monitoring, including security assessments, configuration compliance, vulnerability remediation, and risk management
Experience with scripting or automation, including PowerShell and Python, to support cybersecurity engineering, configuration management, remediation, or compliance validation
Experience with enterprise cybersecurity technologies such as ACAS or Nessus, SCAP, SIEM, EDR, or vulnerability management
Knowledge of DoW RMF, A & A processes, NIST SP 800-53, defense STIGs, and DoW cybersecurity policies and standards
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IT, or Engineering
Security+ Certification
