FuntoNetwork is seeking a Cyber and Information Warfare Subject Matter Expert for an upcoming project opportunity: Agile Professional Services. This role involves executing the Cyber and Information Warfare Subject Matter Expert scope for the project, ensuring traceability to Army performance requirements, security and clearance gates, deliverables, schedule, and acceptance evidence. The expert will confirm work-package inputs, constraints, dependencies, stakeholders, milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. They will also develop and maintain the role work plan, required technical or operational work products, estimates, and decision records. Execution of assigned activities and coordination of interfaces, reviews, issues, changes, and corrective actions with accountable owners are key. Verification of completion against approved requirements and submission of final deliverables, evidence, handoff, and acceptance records are also crucial. The role requires tracing assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence. Reviewing official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream, documenting assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions is necessary. Preparation of role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence, along with coordinating interfaces and handoffs with various workstreams, are part of the responsibilities. Maintaining status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalating blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness are also required.
