About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Analyst to join our team at Cannon AFB supporting the 363 rd ISR Wing (363 ISRW). The Cyber Analyst will play a critical role in cybersecurity operations and system administration for the Air Force Intelligence Community Information Technology Enterprise (IC ITE) at the 363 ISRW. This role involves performing highly technical business, engineering, and security functions in support of users of the Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E) and GOVCLOUD Services across Top Secret, Secret, and Unclassified domains. The analyst will be responsible for safeguarding sensitive information and mission-critical systems, developing and implementing cyber defense measures, monitoring and responding to cyber incidents, and providing system administration support.

Requirements

  • 9 years experience without a degree, or 7 years with an AS/AA, or 5 years with a BS/BA, or 3 years with an MS/MA, or 1 year with a PhD.
  • DOD 8140 compliance based on DCWF code 451, intermediate level.
  • Expertise in cryptologic support, cybersecurity operations, and system administration.
  • Advanced knowledge in cyber defense tools, network security, and incident response methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cyber threat analysis and mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, mission-critical environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks in a properly sequenced manner based on mission priorities.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting 363 ISRW or similar ISR organizations.
  • Knowledge of cryptologic systems, tools, and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Air Force cybersecurity policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Perform highly technical business, engineering and security functions in support of users of the Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E), GOVCLOUD Services on the Top Secret, Secret, and Unclassified domains.
  • Perform cybersecurity operations and system administration to safeguard sensitive information and mission-critical systems.
  • Support the development and implementation of cyber defense measures to protect against emerging threats.
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to cyber incidents, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
  • Provide system administration support, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise and local network devices.
  • Liaise with the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) and Enterprise Service Center (ESC) to resolve technical issues and ensure system availability.
  • Ensure compliance with all security protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements.
