Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Responsive, Helpful, Intuitive, Empathetic, Proactive, Communication skills, Problem Solving

  • Associate/Bachelors Degree
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist with general inquiries and process customer orders.
  • Coordinate/Track customer shipments and communicate delivery of orders to the customer.
  • Manage customer open orders/backorders and expedite shortages.
  • Liaison between customer, sales, materials and warehouse.
  • Support sales in customer forecasting/placement sheets and communicate with materials on any changes.
  • Maintain customer pricing and quotations.
  • Analyze and solve problems.
  • Build customer relationships.
  • Evaluate processes and bring forth recommendations on how to improve so that the customer’s experience is frictionless.
