About The Position

The CX Analyst Intern will support efforts to improve the customer journey by assisting with feedback analysis, reporting, research, and process improvement projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused student who is eager to learn how organizations measure and enhance customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, reports, and customer feedback.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, survey tools, or CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing customer feedback from surveys, reviews, and service interactions.
  • Identify customer trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support preparation of reports, dashboards, summaries, and presentations.
  • Help document customer experience processes and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct research on customer experience best practices and competitive trends.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support customer experience initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the customer journey.
