About The Position

FirstChoice is Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution, seeking experienced Surgical Technologists for short and long-term assignments throughout the health system. Nationwide and Regional opportunities are available. Qualified candidates will float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions. The role involves acting independently within scope of knowledge, collaborating with stakeholders, and embracing new ideas while managing competing priorities.

Requirements

Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program for Surgical Technologist.
CST certification.
A minimum of 18 months experience is required for CST.
If a Surgical Technologist program has not been completed, due to training on the job or trained in the military – Five (5) years’ work experience is required.
Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
Ability to complete the orientation and training.
