About The Position
A community healthcare facility near Helena, Montana is seeking a full-time CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist to join its surgical services team! This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position with a day shift, Monday through Friday schedule. The role offers a $10,000 retention bonus, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement benefits.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- BLS certification required or eligible to obtain upon hire
- Minimum of two years of experience as a CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist required
- Previous experience in additional CST specialties required
Responsibilities
- Maintain the sterile field and assist surgeons during operative procedures
- Handle surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment throughout procedures
- Support operating room turnover and preparation between cases
- Perform delegated patient care duties while ensuring adherence to surgical safety standards
