About The Position

This off-shift CVD TECHNICIAN position is located in plant 4, Thermatech Coatings Operation. The role involves operating and controlling Chemical Vapor Deposition units, building and executing to the production schedule, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. The technician will also direct a small hourly workforce assigned to furnace support operations, maintain tooling inventory, and ensure employee safety and process integrity. Overtime during the week and on weekends may be required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years of work history or six months of continuous manufacturing experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience
• Previous experience in electronics, vacuum furnaces, and manufacturing process troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel a plus

Responsibilities
