Requirements

Minimum four years of relevant litigation and trial experience, including liability and damages verdicts.
Fully licensed to practice law in New York State and admitted to Federal Court in the Eastern and Southern District.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work within established systems while seeking continuous improvement.
Proficiency in computer software including Windows Operating System, MS Word, MS Teams, MS Outlook, and adaptability to new programs.

Responsibilities

Conduct depositions, attend court conferences, and handle motion practice.
Serve as a trial and/or appellate attorney for cases of significant exposure and complexity.
Work independently to make decisions in file handling, ensuring effective communication with the Legal Management Team.
Proficiency in paperless environments, video conferencing, and computer legal case management systems.
Maintain minimum billing requirements.
