Requirements
- Experience in lieu of successful completion of an Allied Health postsecondary education program that is patient-care related
- Successful completion of an Allied Health postsecondary education program that is patient-care related OR equivalent experience
- ARRT-R (Radiography) OR LP (Licensed Paramedic)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).

- Cardiovascular/Interventional experience.
Responsibilities
- Performs vascular procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail.
- Performs a variety of highly specialized cardiac, vascular, or interventional procedures that require independent judgment to apply prescribed techniques to obtain the best possible diagnostic and therapeutic results.
- Interprets diagnostic and interventional procedures performed in the Heart Cath Lab in order that data be obtained and entered into the CCSS database.
- Performs vascular procedures independent of supervision of technical quality.
- Assists in completion of reports of various reports, development policy and procedures, charge sheets, patient requisition in a timely manner.
- Transports patients.
- Maintains universal precaution.
- Administers contrast material according to order.
- Selects equipment.
- Assists physicians as needed.
