About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cutting Table Operator to join our production team. This position plays a vital role in the manufacturing process and is responsible for operating computerized cutting equipment used in glass production. The successful candidate will monitor automated systems, ensure the safe movement of materials, and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the production process. This is one of the most critical positions within the facility, requiring someone who is reliable, proactive, technology-minded, and capable of monitoring critical production processes with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software programs are required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain focused for extended periods.
Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working around automated machinery, robotics, and technology-driven equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize and address production concerns quickly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor automated cutting table equipment and robotic systems used in glass manufacturing.
Utilize computer software programs to manage, track, and monitor production activities.
Closely observe the movement of glass throughout the cutting process to ensure proper handling and minimize breakage.
Verify that products are cut according to specifications and quality standards.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while following production schedules and work instructions.
Identify equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or production issues and report them promptly.
Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records as required.
Follow all safety procedures and quality control standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist with additional production duties as assigned.
