The Cutter is responsible for creating usable portions from the fillets that are provided by the Filleter and meeting the set yield goals. They work to use as much of the fillet as possible for restaurant portions. The Cutter makes up an important part of the production process by making consistently sized and weighted portions for restaurant distribution. Once hired, you will be trained in your area of expertise to ensure your capability and understanding of safety and sanitation. You will be trained on our plant standards and you will contribute and excel in a team service environment. You will be responsible for following all company standards and guidelines, and performs opening, on-going, and closing side-work duties.
