Cut and Code Operator-PM
About The Position
As a Cut and Code Operator - PM, you’ll keep parts moving with speed and precision—so aviation-grade work stays on track. This role exists to cut material accurately, apply correct codes, and maintain clean, traceable output that customers can trust. The PM Shift Pulse involves an afternoon start with a quick handoff and a clear game plan for the swing shift. You settle in, stage materials, and get your workstation dialed—tools ready, screens set, and everything in its place. As the night builds, you stay locked in on pace and precision, keeping an eye on labels and documentation so every piece stays trackable. You’ll coordinate with teammates when priorities shift, keep your area tidy, and close out the evening by confirming counts and setting the next crew up for a strong start.
Requirements
- Comfort working on your feet in an onsite manufacturing setting
- Strong attention to detail for labeling, counts, and traceability
- Basic math and ability to follow written instructions
- Dependable attendance
