About The Position

Work with a team of Exports/International operators that are responsible for physical and systematic activities (dock activity, packing, pick, ship etc.), while identifying, resolving, or elevating issues in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with all regulations and procedures and partner with Quality function as necessary. At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week.

Requirements

  • 1-2 Years with High School Diploma and/or Equivalent experience, training , or apprenticeships.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Process export documentation for all international shipments, including coordinating carrier pickups and arranging domestic freight transportation as needed.
  • Coordinate workload distribution and monitor team productivity, throughput, and quality performance. Assign tasks appropriately, ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, company Quality policies, and applicable regulatory requirements, and report key operational metrics. Provide operational support and perform Material Handler duties when necessary.
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries, resolve escalated issues, and support team members with problem-solving. Deliver on-the-job training to ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and Standard Operating Procedures while meeting customer expectations.
  • Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies between sites, including shortages, overages, and other inventory variances. Support NCEP investigations and risk assessments by gathering and analyzing required information to identify root causes and implement preventive actions.
  • Apply Lean principles to daily operations and continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and service levels.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements. Utilize computers, printers, and warehouse equipment as required, including pallet jacks and powered material-handling equipment. Perform physical activities such as lifting, bending, reaching, pulling, standing, and turning throughout the workday.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
