This role involves overseeing the correct and timely creation and transmission of entries to US Customs, preparing customs entries, ensuring proper classification of goods, creating invoices for duty and entry charges, developing and maintaining customer profiles, coordinating with customers on commodity classification, answering brokerage-related inquiries, assisting with compliance matters, ensuring timely payment of statements to US Customs, conducting audits on customs entries, supporting the Sales Department to increase Brokerage sales, and creating new ideas, systems, and procedures to improve the department's efficiency. The position also involves assisting with evaluating department performance and creating performance goals.
