About The Position

Ford Customization is a dedicated business unit within the Ford Customer Service Division, specializing in the development of on-trend accessories and specialty vehicles delivered through factory, mod-center, and dealership channels. This role is responsible for directing and facilitating key management and cross-functional meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment, resolve dependencies, and drive decisive action. The Business Analyst ensures operational integrity through proactive internal control management and the standardization of critical process documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience with product development, launch, launch process, etc.
  • Availability to work hybrid (4 days in Dearborn & 1 day optional remote)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Business Analytics, Program Management and / or Planning experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of automotive aftermarket, vehicle dealerships - particularly in sales/service of vehicle accessories.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of a vehicle (exterior and interior).
  • Strong Proficiency in Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Preferred Automotive Field experience including dealership interaction is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills required for internal management interaction and cross-functional team meeting facilitation.
  • Self-motivation, enthusiastic, open-minded, and a team player.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to embrace process disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and facilitate key management meetings.
  • Direct and facilitate key cross-functional team meetings.
  • Support development and implementation of process improvements.
  • Coordinate targets, controls, and metrics in all process documentation.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system fixes, desk procedures, templates and processes.
  • Lead and facilitate updates to the Product Development System as the department evolves.
  • Ensure team accountability on key deliverable completion.
  • Monitor team progress on key deliverable completion.
  • Lead and support internal control directives and required record retention completion of annual adherence to the Annual File Review, Modular Control Review Program, Business Continuity Plan, Basic Control File and Departmental Records Inventory Matrix.
  • Support audit reviews, conduct gap analysis and issue resolution.
  • Design and maintain organizational governance framework, including charter and operational policies.
