The Customer Trust Specialist serves as BeyondTrust’s security authority in relevant customer-facing engagements, where applicable, to support new opportunities and renewals. This is a strategic, revenue-supporting position that operates at the intersection of security expertise, customer success, and sales enablement. The Customer Trust Specialist will represent BeyondTrust’s security posture directly to enterprise customers, including CISO-level audiences, respond to complex security questionnaires and RFPs, and bridge the gap between our internal security program and customer expectations. This role requires deep technical fluency in cloud security, PAM, and identity security, combined with the ability to communicate complex BeyondTrust specific security topics clearly to both technical and executive audiences. The Customer Trust Specialist will drive measurable impact by supporting deal cycles, reducing churn risk, and establishing BeyondTrust as a trusted security partner for enterprise and regulated-industry accounts. The Customer Trust Specialist will focus on customer security engagement, RFP and questionnaire ownership and cross-functional support to Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams. Additional duties include internal Trust & Assurance responsibilities such as representing Security on PHRs, Cloud Governance communications, and Security Issues Management.
