About The Position

Responsible for training regional accounts on the features, benefits, and technology behind hardware and software production. This role also involves maintaining demo room functionality. The position requires bilingual fluency in Spanish to support Latin America.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
3 to 5 years of related experience.
Experience in printing pre-sales/post-sales support in office and production environments.
Strong working knowledge of computer hardware and software including, but not limited to, Microsoft and Apple operating systems and print driver setup.
Thorough working knowledge of the Canon USA software portfolio including eCopy, Therefore and uniFLOW.
Strong grasp of networking essentials and concepts.
Extensive travel may be required, up to 60% with overnight stays.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary.
Certain minimum auto insurance coverages are required.
Bilingual, fluent in Spanish.

CMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all training programs and training outcomes.
Determines the best instructional methods for each training session, and tests trainees (customers) to measure learning progress.
Develops, directs, plans and evaluates training activities to meet the organization's position requirements, including participating as a subject matter expert and working/coordinating with the training team on curriculum development and conduct training needs assessments.
Analyzes customers training needs to determine requirements for new program development.
Works independently, with guidance in only new or unusual situations.
Supports Latin America.
