This is an entry-level, part-time opportunity focused on supporting customers through technical support and service-related inquiries. In this role, youâll be the first point of contact for clients, helping resolve questions, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience with Lightcast products and services. Youâll also support internal coordination and documentation to help keep team operations organized and running efficiently.
