Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
  • 1–2 years in title processing, customer service, automotive, or administrative roles
  • DMV knowledge strongly preferred — state title & registration experience is a big win
  • Sharp attention to detail and serious organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • A communicator who's equally comfortable on the phone, over email, or face-to-face

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with title management software or a Dealer Management System (DMS)
  • Multi-state title and registration knowledge
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Notary certification

Responsibilities

  • Process, review, and verify vehicle titles with speed and precision
  • Coordinate with DMV offices, dealers, lenders, and customers to crush title issues and ensure compliance
  • Track title statuses like a hawk — following up on delays, rejections, and missing documents before they become problems
  • Maintain laser-accurate records in our title management systems
  • Be the first point of contact customers trust for title status and fulfillment updates
  • Own inbound calls, emails, and chats — responding promptly, professionally, and with genuine care
  • Tackle customer concerns head-on with a solutions-first mindset
  • Proactively communicate timelines, delays, and next steps — no one likes surprises
  • Build lasting relationships that make customers feel valued at every step of their journey
  • Follow up to ensure every issue is fully resolved and every customer walks away satisfied
