About The Position

SkyMark Refuelers, LLC is seeking candidates for a Title Specialist. The Title Specialist performs administrative and clerical tasks/services for the Accounting Department and has primary responsibility for preparing all vehicle titling documents. The incumbent must maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum: 3 years of experience in vehicle titling
• Associate degree or certificate
• Workplace experience with NetSuite, Zoho or similar accounting software
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong, effective, communication (both written and oral) skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Notary

Responsibilities

• Collect and maintain chassis records in Zoho on an ongoing basis.
• Verify documents returned by customers are signed and in order.
• Communicate (verbally and in writing) with customers, dealerships, sales, accounting, and operations.
• Prepare temp tags for customers.
• Prepare and send title & tax paperwork accurately for customer (or lienholder) to register their vehicle.
• Prepare tax reports required by the state division of motor vehicles.
• Enter sales invoices in NetSuite as needed.
• Notarize documents as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
