About The Position

The Iowa Clinic is a locally owned and physician-led healthcare provider in Central Iowa, committed to delivering exceptional care through compassion and collaboration. The Customer Service Supervisor role involves coordinating daily clinic operations, collaborating with the Operations Director on staffing matters including interviewing, hiring, and disciplining staff. This position also directs the work of staff-level employees within the clinic, provides performance input to the Operations Director, and is responsible for promoting a positive, professional image of the clinic and The Iowa Clinic, P.C. both internally and externally.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a medical office setting required.

Nice To Haves

Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Functions as staff while coordinating daily operations of the clinic.
Collaborates with the Operations Director in interviewing, hiring and disciplining staff.
Directs the work of staff level employees within the clinic and provides input to the Operations Director regarding employee work performance.
Promotes a positive, professional image of the clinic and The Iowa Clinic, P.C. internally and externally.
