About The Position

As our Imaging Services Supervisor, you will thoughtfully oversee all specialized, administrative, and regulatory operations, ensuring seamless and patient-centered service delivery.Every day, you will champion your team, proactively advocating for their needs, ideas, and concerns directly to leadership. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited imaging program and Minimum of five (5) years of experience in performing a variety of imaging examinations, upon hire and
  • Minimum of three (3) years of recent imaging experience
  • Medical Radiographer: AZ, upon hire and
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
  • Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT, upon hire or
  • Registered Technologist Bone Densitometry, upon hire or
  • Registered Technologist Computed Tomography, upon hire or
  • Registered Technologist Cardio Interventional Radiography, upon hire or
  • Registered Technologist Mammography, upon hire or
  • Registered Technologist Magnetic Resonance Imaging, upon hire or
  • Registered Technologist Nuclear Medicine Technology, upon hire or
  • Registered Technologist Quality Management, upon hire or
  • Registered Technologist Radiation Therapy, upon hire or
  • Registered Technologist Vascualr Inteventional Rad, upon hire or
  • Registered Technologist Vascular Sonography, upon hire

Responsibilities

  • Supervises diagnostic imaging services for several departments in compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Assists with developing policies, protocols and procedures to measure and improve the quality of diagnostic imaging services provided by different departments and improve patient experience.
  • Supervises personnel through performance management, qualified staff selection and training, and effective communication.
  • Maintains the safety of diagnostic imaging service equipment, and creates a safe environment for patients, staff and the public.
