This role is responsible for ensuring that the premises are properly maintained, workspaces and meeting rooms are correctly set-up, and facility issues are responded to in a timely manner. The specialist will provide engaging and anticipative service to all office employees and visitors, work closely with facilities and other workplace departments to ensure a flawless client experience, and conduct routine floor checks for cleanliness, orderliness, and deficiencies. Key duties include filling, cleaning, and maintaining beverage equipment, communicating with the Canteen lead, carrying out safety guidelines, restocking supplies, interacting with vendors, and conducting opening and closing walkthroughs, along with light housekeeping duties.
