BSNB is looking to hire a Customer Support Specialist to join its growing Customer Support Operations department. This role involves providing support to the department, handling a large volume of inbound customer calls, and completing necessary follow-ups. The specialist will assist branches with customer inquiries, build positive relationships, and identify opportunities based on customer needs and BSNB's product suite. Key responsibilities also include responding to internal support tickets related to cash management servicing and conducting daily and weekly reviews of customer activity with a focus on fraud prevention.
