NC Custom, the promotional products arm of Nassau Candy, is a Top 40 ASI Supplier and a leading diversified manufacturer in the industry. They offer over 3,000 products across various categories including confectionery, hard goods, health & beauty, wellness, apparel, and soft goods. With over 50 years of experience, they serve distributors nationwide and pride themselves on making cool stuff.
Requirements
- Customer support, client services, or inside sales experience (manufacturing/distribution a plus)
- Strong computer skills: updating accounts, tracking calls, accurate record-keeping
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and communication skills (phone/email)
- Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first approach with problem-solving and listening skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally under deadlines
Responsibilities
- Manage calls & emails: order status, tracking, production questions
- Provide quotes: product, freight, and program pricing
- Follow up on large repeat orders, samples, and sales initiatives
- Support Outside Sales with administrative tasks
- Work with production teams on order updates & custom projects
