About The Position

Serenity is seeking Customer Support Specialists to provide one-on-one support to individuals participating in a structured program aimed at building positive habits, motivation, and meaningful progress. This role involves being a reliable point of contact, ensuring a smooth, supportive, and encouraging experience for each participant. The position is ideal for individuals with people-focused backgrounds such as customer service, hospitality, retail, education, or caregiving, who enjoy helping others and creating positive experiences. No specialized experience is required as full paid training is provided. Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-time professional experience (any industry)
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with patience and empathy
  • Reliable, punctual, and open to coaching and feedback
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support to individuals during scheduled sessions
  • Operate and monitor specialized program tools and technology (training provided)
  • Encourage participants using positive practices such as journaling, goal setting, and reflection
  • Maintain accurate session notes and share updates with team members
  • Help create a welcoming, respectful environment where people feel comfortable and supported
