Dealerwareâs team is currently hiring for a Customer Support Specialist who will report to our Manager, Customer Support. We are specifically seeking a team member to cover the customer support shifts from 11 am to 7 pm Central on weekdays, plus on-call Saturdays every 6 weeks (8â5 Central, primarily email, low ticket volume).
