The Customer Support team members play a critical role as the frontline of our Service organization. Customer Support Specialists are primarily responsible for assisting our agents and customers with inquiries on their policies and/or quotes, processing endorsements and any billing inquiries. Customer Support works closely with all aspects of the organization including underwriting, claims, marketing, and accounting. Our ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor with great communication skills.
