About The Position

Serenity is seeking Customer Support Specialists in Chandler, AZ, who are passionate about helping others and fostering positive, supportive experiences. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, education, or other people-focused fields, who excel at building trust and making others feel comfortable and supported. No specialized experience is required, as comprehensive paid training will be provided. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will directly assist individuals participating in a structured program designed to cultivate positive habits, maintain motivation, and achieve significant progress. You will serve as a consistent point of contact, ensuring each participant's journey is seamless, encouraging, and fully supported from beginning to end. Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-time professional experience (any industry)
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with patience and empathy
  • Reliable, punctual, and open to coaching and feedback
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support to individuals during scheduled sessions
  • Operate and monitor specialized program tools and technology (training provided)
  • Encourage participants using positive practices such as journaling, goal setting, and reflection
  • Maintain accurate session notes and share updates with team members
  • Help create a welcoming, respectful environment where people feel comfortable and supported
