About The Position

This is a temporary full-time position for a Customer Support Specialist. The role involves completing assigned tasks and projects, assisting with lead calls and leasing efforts, and communicating with residents to schedule and coordinate work orders. A key aspect of the role is providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers by facilitating and implementing company-wide customer-centric programs. The specialist will also be actively involved in ensuring first-class property curb appeal and must adhere to Fair Housing laws.
