We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Temporary Customer Experience Specialist to join our team! This is a part-time role (3 days per week, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM), running from July through February, with some scheduling flexibility as needed. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous office experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate teammates, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Greet and assist current and potential customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Key in simple financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Scan documents, index them into our system, and ensure proper filing for easy retrieval.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order and restock office supplies as needed, and ensure availability of essential materials.
  • Assist with preparing for meetings, including ordering and arranging lunch and other refreshments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute it to the appropriate departments or teammates.
