About The Position

SupportYourApp is a global leader in Intelligent Support-as-a-Service, partnering with tech companies and industry leaders since 2010. They operate in over 30 countries and support clients in 60 languages. This role is for a Customer Support Specialist to join their talent bench for future openings, with the opportunity to grow professionally while working from home. The company is expanding its pool of skilled Technical Support Consultants for new projects.

Requirements

  • Native American English
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Patient and empathetic approach when supporting frustrated customers and resolving issues
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing customer information
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work with CRM systems and support tools
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and meeting performance targets
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Zendesk is a strong advantage
  • Spanish language skills
