About The Position

Metro Medical is immediately hiring a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist to join our in-office team. We provide critical support for our clients, ensuring every caller gets the help they need with a professional touch. This is an inbound-only call center, focusing on pure customer support with no telemarketing or hard sales. While previous customer service experience is great, we'll train you on our state-of-the-art systems. We value your contributions and provide the tools you need to succeed. Day-to-day, you will manage a high volume of incoming calls with a consistently polite and upbeat demeanor. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately gather essential information and relay thorough, precise messages to our clients. You'll work within a Windows-based environment, meticulously entering data to ensure every client need is documented and communicated to the right team.

Requirements

  • Friendly, upbeat phone presence.
  • Strong English skills (grammar and spelling).
  • Experience operating in a Windows-based environment.
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
  • Must be available to work one weekend day.
