This role provides service to internal and external customers to support sales for the division. The Customer Support Specialist will promote and maintain the highest possible customer relationship and satisfaction, follow up on customer inquiries, and work closely with internal teams and customers to assist with order processing. Responsibilities include preparing price quotes, verifying pricing and terms, handling warranty claims and credits, and keeping internal teams informed of competitive information. The role may involve initiating requests for product samples or sales literature, staying informed about sales profession developments, demonstrating Viaflex Team Member Values, and performing comparable duties as needed. A key aspect of the role is learning, understanding, and promoting the division's quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.
