About The Position

Signius Communications is immediately hiring Part Time Customer Support Specialists. Our technology allows us to be a virtual extension of our client's teams and to make a direct impact on their everyday operations. Every interaction is an opportunity to help a customer feel valued, respected, and taken care of. We're looking for people who are detail oriented, motivated, and compassionate to fill these important positions. This is an in-office position. Your day-to-day will be managing a high-volume of inbound calls and ensuring any message taken is captured efficiently with accuracy. To be set up for success, you will be trained on our internal advanced call processing systems and industry-leading tools. We are an inbound call center only, so telemarketing calls or sales solicitations are not part of the role.

Requirements

  • Strong typist
  • Loves customer service and talking to people
  • Detail oriented, motivated, and compassionate
  • Welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
  • Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
  • Computer skills in a Windows based environment
  • Good attendance
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
  • Must be available to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun each week)

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required
