About The Position

Temp CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST Looking to join a fast-paced team where you can make a direct impact on customer experience and business operations? We’re seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is organized, responsive, and thrives in a collaborative environment! Requirements

  • Associate degree OR a combination of education and relevant work experience
  • 3–5 years of customer service experience working in an office environment
  • Experience with ERP (Epicor preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Process customer inquiries, generate quotes, and enter sales orders accurately
  • Maintain and update customer records and account information
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate order updates and proactively resolve delays or issues
  • Support after-sales needs including parts, service, and warranty inquiries
  • Assist with process improvements and departmental initiatives
