About The Position

The Customer Solutions Specialist manages any order changes directly with our customers. The Customer Solutions Specialist is responsible for change orders, order logistics, pricing issues, quantity issues. This incumbent is the first contact with our customers when any order that has been confirmed has a challenge or issue.
