Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or a client-facing role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Must be located in or able to commute to Florham Park, NJ

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
  • Provide product and service information to customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve processes
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity metrics
