Requirements
- Turkish: Minimum B2 level
- English: Minimum B1 level
- Strong written communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for an online betting platform.
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat and offline messaging.
- Support customers with account-related issues and general questions.
