The Customer Support Representative will field incoming B2B customer support requests via phone and Salesforce workflow. This role will facilitate quotes for non-stock special orders, delivery & set-up orders, and large volume orders. The representative will also answer product-related questions, provide information from manufacturers, handle order entry, and facilitate returns and follow up on credits. Additionally, they will fulfill customer requests for proof of delivery or invoice/credit copies, and provide sales support to Jan/San field and IAM teams, as well as information to SPR branches regarding various programs and their service requirements.
