About The Position

The Customer Support Team at MergeCo (Inktavo + OMG) regularly interacts with users and troubleshoots any issues customers might face via phone and email. The team's goal is to ensure efficient response to inquiries and to assist customers in understanding and navigating the software while maintaining top-tier customer support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent ability to clearly communicate through phone and email
  • High attention to detail with research and investigative skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Able and willing to work 8 AM - 5 PM CT Monday through Friday
  • Experience with Mac Operating systems, internet services, browser functions and basic software applications

Nice To Haves

  • SaaS experience
  • eCommerce experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails
  • Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve a high level of satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Work on other service-related projects as they arise
