It delivers individualized support, clear education, grounded guidance and seamless order assistance rooted in BIORAY’s products, philosophy, and standards. As BIORAY grows, the quality of these conversations directly shapes customer outcomes, loyalty, and brand integrity. The work matters because healing is personal. The Customer Support Health Coach is: Human-Centered Guide | You meet people where they are and help them move forward with clarity and care. Trusted Educator | You explain products, protocols, and wellness concepts accurately and responsibly. Requirements

  • Ability to work in an in-office environment
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Proficiency using phone, email, and digital messaging platforms
  • Comfort documenting interactions in CRM or ticketing systems
  • Foundational knowledge of BIORAY products and internal training materials (or ability to complete required training)
