The Custer Support Representative is an entry-level role responsible for supporting TSI customers and Sales teams by providing product and service information, processing sales orders, documenting customer contacts, resolving product and service problems, and creating quotes. This role supports assigned regional markets and partners closely with internal Sales teams to build strong working relationships. The Customer Support Representative plays an important role as a collaborative and contributing member of the broader team while delivering an excellent customer experience.
