There is a Customer Support Representative position available with Kish Insurance supporting our Mifflin County location. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, providing administrative and service support to the personal lines insurance team, managing systems and account administration, and assisting with client portal and agency support. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to internal team members and external clients
  • Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and service requests
  • Support a positive client experience through friendly, professional interactions
  • Help ensure timely resolution of customer questions and service needs
  • Collaborate with team members across the agency to support client solutions
  • Contribute to a culture of engagement and teamwork across the Kish Insurance team
  • Provide administrative and service support to the personal lines insurance team
  • Receive and route incoming calls and emails
  • Process insurance payments accurately and efficiently
  • Document client change requests and route to appropriate team members
  • Prepare quote information for new personal lines business as requested
  • Support automated and direct client outreach initiatives
  • Enter and maintain client data within insurance agency systems and carrier websites
  • Update customer contact information and policy details
  • Log service interactions and call activity
  • Provide proof of insurance documentation as requested
  • Maintain supplies from insurance carriers (forms, envelopes, quote materials)
  • Order agency materials from insurance company partners as needed
  • Assist clients with navigation of the Kish Insurance website and online portal tools
  • Support adoption of digital self-service resources
  • Assist with other administrative and service tasks as assigned by agency leadership
