Job Summary As a Customer Support Representative at YKK, you’ll be the frontline connection between our customers and internal teams. You’ll handle orders, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience from order placement to delivery—all while embodying YKK’s philosophy of the “Cycle of Goodness.” Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency required
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, fax, web, and EDI.
  • Input orders into the system and monitor their status to ensure timely delivery.
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to product availability, shipping, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Planning, and Manufacturing to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Track open orders, backorders, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform general office duties.
  • Comply with YKK’s environmental, quality, health & safety, and confidentiality standards.
  • Performs other general office work as assigned.
  • Reasonable and predictable attendance is required.
