Requirements

  • BS/BA in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering or relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in Mechanical, Thermal or Electrical Engineering
  • Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills with results driven approach

Responsibilities

  • Lead QA initiatives to meet production, quality, and customer‑service goals.
  • Develop and implement quality plans, hazard analyses, and control procedures.
  • Manage QA budgets, monitor performance, and drive corrective actions.
  • Validate and improve quality processes, specifications, and documentation.
  • Conduct audits, resolve quality issues, and collaborate cross‑functionally to support product improvements.
  • Prepare quality reports and track trends to prevent recurrence of issues.
