About The Position

This role focuses on managing number pooling requests and the allocation of numbering resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry requirements. The position involves processing and tracking pooling orders for accurate submission to carriers, reviewing system-generated emails and daily operational reports, and monitoring customer data during number pooling processes. Additionally, the role requires generating reports to support system validation, operational oversight, and audit readiness. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of two days per week at an assigned TransUnion office location, with regular performance of job responsibilities conducted virtually.
Requirements

- Process and track pooling orders, ensuring accurate submission to carriers.
- Review and process system-generated emails and daily operational reports
- Monitor customer data during number pooling processes
- Generate reports to support system validation, operational oversight, and audit readiness
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer support or sponsorship now or in the future.
