About The Position

The Customer Support Engineer supports the production and lifecycle management of avionics products by acting as the technical interface between customers, manufacturing technicians, and engineering teams. This role focuses on troubleshooting customer and production issues, supporting product reliability improvements, maintaining product fault histories, and helping drive timely resolution of technical concerns. The Customer Support Engineer is a problem-solver who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues and supporting high-reliability aerospace products. They serve as the technical bridge between customers, manufacturing, and engineering teams. In this role, they will troubleshoot technical issues, support product reliability improvements, and help ensure continued product performance throughout its lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3-7 years of engineering or technical support experience.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to manufacturing teams during product assembly and testing.
  • Assist technicians with troubleshooting hardware and system issues.
  • Act as a liaison between engineering design teams and production technicians.
  • Communicate technical issues and coordinate engineering support.
  • Investigate product failures and perform root cause analysis.
  • Support corrective actions and reliability improvements.
  • Monitor recurring issues and support trend analysis of production defects.
  • Serve as the technical interface between customers, manufacturing, and engineering teams to investigate product issues, provide technical support, and drive timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain failure records, troubleshooting documentation, and product history.
